When I try to install your product, the installer shuts down with a message This setup requires the .NET Framework version xxx. Please install the .NET Framework and run this setup again.

The exact message is This setup requires the .NET Framework version xxx. Please install the .NET Framework and run this setup again. The .NET Framework can be obtained from the Web. Would you like to do this now? The reason is: the product beeing installed is based on Microsoft .NET technology. The message means, that you do not have the .NET Framework installed. When I run your software I get a message The application failed to start because MSVBVM60.dll was not found.

The library file msvbvm60.dll is a part of Windows operating system. It contains program code used to run programs that are written in the Visual Basic programming language. If msvbvm60.dll is unavailable or stopped, any Visual Basic programs installed on your pc will stop working. Find more information about this file at dll-files.com or auditmypc.com. We have not included this file into our installation-packages because most likely you have it installed. If not, you can download this file using the links above. Download the file and place it into the "C:\WINNT\System32" (Windows NT/2000), or "C:\Windows\System32" (Windows XP and later) folder. Then click Start-Run and type "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll".

Please do not run the .MSI-file from within the downloaded ZIP-archive, opened as a folder. Unzip and save the .MSI file to your local hard drive and launch it again.

My reg. key has stopped working after downloading the latest version

Jitbit Software offers free version upgrades within one year after the initial purchase. If your purchase was made less then 1 year ago, then please contact our support, and we will resolve the issue. Otherwise please consider upgrading to the latest version or continue using your current version, which will stay suppported forever, of course. In any case, if you believe you deserve a free upgrade for some reason, please let us know, and we will give you a free upgrade.
