On the page that listed the issues, it would be nice to be able to sort by the different columns (i.e. ID, Issue, Priority, Status, Date, Status, Date, From and Handled by).PriorityStatusDatePriorityStatusDate

Did you copy all the ASPX files over when you upgraded (if you upgraded) to 3.7?

I'm on that version and I can sort columns no problem.

I took the 3.7 .zip file and replace all of the .ASPX files in the inetpub with those in the zip. I restarted IIS. I am still not able to sort. Is there a specific version of the ActiveIssues.aspx page that has the sorting capability?

Nearly all of them have been able to sort, but there was one version that had a problem. However if you're using the 3.7 files it should be OK, I've just downloaded them again and set up another instance of the helpdesk and I can sort the columns.

What browser are you using? IE, Firefox, Opera etc?

I just did a clean install of the latest release. In IE 8 there is no column sort capability. I deleted the prior release folder before the install, so there were no previous files. Thanks.

I'm on latest release (4.5.3.0), using IE8 and can sort. I've just checked on 10 or so computers (we use IE8 as standard) - all can sort.
