Hi, we're running Jitbit HelpDesk v3.5.6.0 and when a user sends an email with an attachment the attachment will not open in the Help Desk. The error messages a PDF and a JPG file is attached. If the attachment is created within the Help Desk then all is good but otherwise this is causing big headaches for the Help Desk admins as they have to keep asking the user to send the attachment seperately. We are using the automatic email chercker option.

No attachment as 15kb is way too low!

Not sure if this is related, but I had a problem where attachments containing spaces ("Error msg.jpg") would not open in Firefox. These attachments opened properly in IE, and the bug has been fixed in version 3.7.
