Would you consider adding some SDLC components to your help desk software road map? Namely I am looking for the ability to create development tasks and sub-tasks, assign them to users, and be able to track bugs a little more efficiently. Many small and mid-sized companies need to have tight integration between help desk and software development, because the technicians wear many hats.

So, basically it would be adding a "duedate" attribute to issues and creating some issue-subissue relationship, right?
