I am running JitBit 4.04 (I just upgraded from last Summer's version...). I have AD authentication turned on. It works, but none of the info out of AD other than the user's login ends up in the user's "account profile". Do we have to go back in every time we get a new user and add this information in? I thought that at least the email would populate automatically out of AD; so the user would get a response when they entered their issue. Of course, perhaps I am don't have something set correctly. Any ideas? The information is out there in AD and our Exchange GAL, but that would be an additional step for the folks manning the help desk.

Please note that this problem existed before the upgrade to 4.04. The upgrade doesn't seem to have corrected it. I'm talking to AD just fine, as it does authenticate people and give them an account. It just doesn't grab all of their information from AD... I saw the referal in my first posting to the thread at http://www.jitbit.com/forum/topic1124-email-address-not-populating--error-in-log.aspx. And I have added a post there. Netdiag shows my LDAP passing, and I can connect to LDAP on my DC with both the unsecure (389) port and the secure (636) port.
