When you assign a compiled EXE and try to create it as a service it does allow but when you try to start the service it fails to start, however if you simply run the EXE by itself it works fine. So looks like there's no built-in mechanism to allow it to run at the service, hopefully a next future enhancement or if they should work a bug fix.

The windows services are not allowed to emulate user actions - click menus, send keystrokes etc. It may work only if your macro uses "commands" like open program, copy file etc
