On ActiveTickets.aspx, it would be nice if there was a "Bulk Actions" combo and "Apply" button to use in place of just the "delete selected" image. Actions would have "Delete Selected" and "Reassign Originator" and "Reassign Tech". If we have a ticket from an employee, and they leave the agency, we would want to change the originator of all open tickets from the old person to the new. If we have a techleave the agency, we would want to change the tech on all of their tickets to someone else. When either of the "Reassign" options are chosen, the appropriate combo showing 1: unique list of users with open tickets, or 2: list of all techs.

These combos could be hidded/displayed with javascript onchange and display:hidden or display:inline. The lists should be sorted alphabetically. It would also be nice if the list in AssignIssue.aspx were sorted alphabetically, too.
