Hello.
i have translated all the language files earlier, but i might have missed some, or they are hard coded? Like for example "Get help from this page" Is still in Engilsh:

This is the main page of Jitbit HelpDesk. It contains shortcuts to the most commonly used pages of the application, like:
new issue - submit a new issue
my issues - review the list of your previously submitted issues
all unclosed issues - issues submitted by other users (this link is displayed only if you have permission to handle other users' issues)
find an issue - search engine
knowledge base - browse knowledge-base articles by category
etc.
close this window.
Looks like all the help files are coded, but i am a very newbee developer, so i'm not sure.
