I'm demo-ing the free-downloadable version as a pilot. The forums have been set up. I've been able to attach files of a certain size but noticed that larger files do not attach. I see in the FAQ that the file attachment size is set by the administrator but I don't see that "field" in the forum edit screen. Any advice you could give would be helpful.

In the forum for mijnschoolborddigitaal.nl I attached some files.
I like to know why I can't attach .pdf or doc files.
And I like to know how you can remove a file. My customer would like to upload other files than .txt and .png

you can attach any file types, just make sure the size fits
