Hi...would it be an easy mod to add a button so that we can change the From field. The reason is that if one of my engineers gets and email sent directly to them it would be much more efficient if they could just be able to foward to the system and once the ticket was created automatically with them as the From, they could then change the From to the inteneded user so that any comms relative to the ticket and reporting would be accurate. Thanks for any info and so far we are very very impressed with this system.
