It's no secret that most companies - from big banks like Citibank or Wells Fargo, to shoe manufacturers like Adidas and tech companies like Apple, Microsoft or Amazon - outsource their customer service centers to other countries. Based on a number of open datasets we found online (like number of call-centers per country, number of call center employees etc.) - we calculated the probabilities: which country will most likely receive your call?
