You can enable an AI autoresponder for your helpdesk live chat. Jitbit's AI uses RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) to search your knowledge base and external indexed sources, then generates accurate answers to visitor questions in real time.
The AI also detects when a visitor is asking to speak with a human and automatically pauses so a live agent can take over. Enable this under "Admin - AI features" in the "Live chat widget" section. You can also set up rule-based autoresponder scripts for after-hours coverage.
