Network Switcher does not switch to the required IP address correctly, or does not activate a DHCP-profile correctly. Help. (top)
Under Windows 2000/XP ensure that your network cable is plugged-in before activating a DCHP-enabled network profile. This is required because your computer performs a search for a DHCP-server to acquire a network address. Under Windows VISTA ensure that your cable is plugged-in when activating BOTH static-IP AND dhcp-profiles. If you are using the software with a wireless network - make sure that the desired network is in range before activating a profile.
