Assign a keyword (an abbreviation) to a frequently used phrase, sentence or paragraph, and Auto Text will auto-type this common sentence each time you type the abbreviation in ANY program. AutoText is an "auto typing" software which stores shortcuts to your common text fragments (email signatures, frequently used sentences, common phrases) organized in folders and quickly inserts them into your documents. It is an autocomplete/auto-replace MS Word feature, often referred as "AutoText".
For example, "ffr" becomes "Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions" whenever you type it.

AutoText works with Windows Vista, does not require administrative permissions and is fully compatible with UAC (User Account Control).
