Custom report
The "Custom Report" allows you to select a date range and then choose the data you'd like to see
- Select a metric to show:
Ticket count,Time spent,Duration,Response timeorReplies count. - Select a dimension to group the data by:
Category,Section,Status,Assignee,Month,Hour,Priority,Tag,Origin, theTicket creatoror a custom field. - You'll get total metric grouped by the dimension, average metric grouped by dimension, and a pie chart that visualizes the data.
Example output:
