Many of you will be happy to know that we've just entered the private testing phase with our brand new Helpdesk iOS app. We're aiming to submit it to the Appstore within a week, so you can expect the release at the beginning of April.
The first version will be iPhone only and, if everything goes well, we will add the iPad support soon afterwards. Here is what it looks like:
Currently it supports basic functionality only, but it's going to get better over time. It's insanely fast (even on cellular networks) and well-designed, no doubt you will enjoy using it. The app will work with both hosted and self-hosted versions from the start and requires iOS 5 or higher.
We know that lots of you have been waiting for this and this app is currently our top priority. It it's worth the wait!
