SSL encryption

We are excited to announce that our Hosted Helpdesk now supports SSL-encryption and available via HTTPS-connection. Just use the "https://" with your hosted helpdesk URL to protect your data from unauthorized parties.

If you're using a custom domain name however you will need to provide us with your domain's certificate. Learn more here
