Highrise integration

We are happy to announce that we've added Highrise integration to the latest version of Jitbit Helpdesk. Highrise is a very popular and well established CRM SaaS app on the market. It's super simple and that's exactly the reason that attracts thousands of customers around the world.

The first version of Jitbit integration is really simple, but we'd be happy to add more features if we see more demand. As usual, feel free to send your ideas to our support.

Currently, the integration checks if there is a contact in your Highrise app with the same email address as the ticket submitter's address in Jitbit. If we find a contact, we'll show you the link to the contact's detailed profile on the ticket page. Here's what it looks like:


How to enable Highrise integration with your helpdesk

  1. In your Jitbit, go to Administration - Integration - Highrise
  2. Check the "Enable Highrise integration" box
  3. Paste your Highrise URL. It should look like
  4. Find your authentication token. Go to Account & settings - My info - Integration. Your token should be there: Highrise2
