This page lists all ticket categories available in the system.
- Click on a category name to edit its properties.
- Click "delete" to remove a category. If a category contains tickets or KB articles, you will be prompted to select another category to move the data to.
- Specify a name and click "Add new" to create a new category.
Categories can optionally be organized into Sections. Sections are just "folders" that contain categories.
When creating a category, you are prompted which "section" to put it into. You can create a new section right there.
