Canned Responses

Regardless of the industry, repetitive questions are a common occurrence. That's where "Canned Responses" come in.

Use this "Admin - Canned responses" page to add, remove, edit and delete canned reponses to the helpdesk app. Click on a response and to open the editing popup, or click "add" to add a new one.

You can additonally organize responses into "folders" just for convenience. Also, you can map which responses are availble in which ticket categories (the default settings is "all").

Adding/removing and editing canned responses is also available right at the ticket page, when writing a reply to a customer.
