Helpdesk Login Page
Looking for your helpdesk login?
Go to your helpdesk account URL - like companyABC.jitbit.com
- and login from there. If you've visited your helpdesk on this device before, simply visit our website homepage and you'll see a "login" button at the top. If you don't know your helpdesk URL, please ask your administrator.
This is the login page for registered helpdesk users to enter their username and password in order to sign in to the Jitbit ticketing system.
OR a user can also submit a support ticket without logging in if this feature is enabled by the helpdesk administrator.
In case you have lost your password, use the "forgot password" link below the form, enter your email and reset your password.
Single sign-on
If you have SAML-login or Google-login enabled in the "admin panel", the page shows the corresponding buttons below the login form, so users can authenticate using an external service and be redirected back to the help desk app.
You can optionally set up the login page to automatically redirect users to your SAML/SSO provider when they sign in and being redirected back to the helpdesk app. Find more info about login/SSO here
Note
When users log in using SAML, the helpdesk app will also sync some of the user's info with the SAML provider (like First/Last name, email, phone etc.). Find our which attributes are being pulled form the provider here
