Custom report

The "Custom Report" allow you to select a date range and then choose the data you'd like to see

  1. Select a metric to show: Ticket count, Time spent, Duration, Response time or Replies count.
  2. Select a dimension to group the data by: Category, Section, Status, Assignee, Month, Hour, Priority, Tag, Origin, the Ticket creator or a custom field.
  3. You'll get total metric grouped by the dimension, average metric grouped by dimension, and a pie chart that visualizes the data.
