Custom report
The "Custom Report" allow you to select a date range and then choose the data you'd like to see
- Select a metric to show:
Ticket count
,Time spent
,Duration
,Response time
orReplies count
. - Select a dimension to group the data by:
Category
,Section
,Status
,Assignee
,Month
,Hour
,Priority
,Tag
,Origin
, theTicket creator
or a custom field. - You'll get total metric grouped by the dimension, average metric grouped by dimension, and a pie chart that visualizes the data.
Example output:
