User Groups

You can organize technician users into groups and manage permissions at the group level. This way, instead of setting category permissions for each technician individually, you simply add them to a group and control the group's permissions.

For example, you might create a group called "Network Engineers" and grant it access to the "LAN issues" and "Internet issues" categories.

Using groups is optional - if you prefer, you can continue assigning category permissions directly to individual technicians.
