This is the start page for Jitbit HelpDesk administrator's panel that links to other administrative areas.

General settings allows you to edit design, colors, custom logo, and various workflow settings, such as "are anonymous users allowed to create tickets?" and "should a closed ticket be reopened when someone replies to it?"

Email settings allows you to configure email-integration options, such as "which mailbox to check?" and "should the system accept emails from unregistered users?"

Users allows you to manage users and their permissions. You can also assign users to "companies" for reporting and more accurate permission management.

Categories, Custom fields, Custom statuses, Custom priorities - different ways to fine-tune your tickets

Automation rules - configure automated actions that trigger "when something happens," such as "send an email when a ticket is due" and similar events

Support widget - adds a "contact us" and "live chat" feedback widgets to your website with one line of JavaScript.

Integration - integrate with external applications such as bug trackers, chat apps, and more
